Ladli Behna Scheme: 40th Installment to Be Transferred on Sunday Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will transfer the 40th installment of the Ladli Behna Scheme on Sunday September 13. The program will be held in Agar Malwa. Under this installment more than 1 crore 25 lakh eligible women will receive monthly financial support directly in their bank accounts. A total of over 1835 crore rupees will be transferred. With this installment the total amount given to women under the scheme since its launch will cross 65395 crore rupees. The government says the scheme provides regular financial support to eligible women across Madhya Pradesh. CM Mohan Yadav Meets Union Minister Over Jobs and Skill Development Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav met Union Labour and Employment Minister Mansukh Mandaviya in New Delhi on Saturday. The meeting focused on development job creation and skill development for young people in Madhya Pradesh. The Chief Minister shared details about the steps being taken by the state government to improve skills and create more employment opportunities for youth. Both sides also discussed ways to expand job and skill development programs with the support of the Union Labour and Employment Ministry. The meeting focused on providing more opportunities to young people and strengthening employment-related programs in the state. Judicial Commission on Poisonous Liquor Deaths The Madhya Pradesh government has formed a one-member judicial commission to investigate deaths allegedly caused by poisonous liquor in Banda tehsil of Sagar district. Retired High Court Justice Vishnu Pratap Singh Chauhan will head the commission. The panel will investigate the entire incident and submit its report to the state government. The commission has been given three months to complete the investigation. Three main points have been fixed for the inquiry. The headquarters of the commission will be in Sagar. The government has taken this step to find out what happened and examine the circumstances that led to the deaths. Abhijit Dipke Raises Questions Over Tribal Children’s Deaths Cockroach Janata Party founder Abhijit Dipke reached Balaghat on Saturday. He said he would visit villages where more than 30 tribal children have reportedly died in recent months. Dipke alleged that tribal children are suffering because of a lack of basic health facilities. He also raised concerns about vaccination and clean drinking water. According to him some families are forced to depend on local water sources because safe drinking water is not available. Dipke said the issue needs urgent attention and announced that his group would launch a major protest. The allegations are political claims and will need to be examined by authorities. Car Turns Into Fireball Driver Trapped Inside A moving car suddenly caught fire at Choithram Square in Indore on Saturday afternoon. The driver Rupesh Yadav was trapped inside the car for around one to one-and-a-half minutes. The doors were locked and the windows could not be opened. Traffic police personnel broke the window and pulled him out. Rupesh suffered burns on around 60 percent of his body. Police took him to Choithram Hospital in a loading rickshaw because an ambulance was not immediately available. Police personnel also gave him CPR on the way. He is currently undergoing treatment. A short circuit is suspected to have caused the fire. Truck Runs Over 200 Sheep in Ratlam 34 Die A truck ran over a large group of sheep on the Mhow-Neemuch four-lane road in Jaora Ratlam on Saturday. Around 200 sheep were in the group. The accident killed 34 sheep and injured 15 others. A man who was travelling with the sheep was also injured and received medical treatment. The truck driver reportedly left the vehicle and escaped from the spot. The incident happened around 4 PM near a food garden ahead of Bharat Palace Hotel. The truck was coming from the Jaora side. Police reached the spot after receiving information and started checking the circumstances of the accident. Video Claims to Show Police Officer Taking Bribe A video linked to Rampur Kalan police station in Morena district has surfaced with claims that the station in-charge took a bribe. In the video station in-charge Ram Kumar Verma is allegedly seen taking money from a person at an isolated place behind the police station. After the video became viral allegations of bribery were made against the officer. However Ram Kumar Verma has rejected the timing of the allegations and reportedly said that the video is around one year old. The authenticity and circumstances of the video would need to be verified by the concerned authorities. Further action may depend on the official investigation. Madhya Pradesh Weather: Rain Expected in Many Areas Madhya Pradesh is likely to see another spell of rain in many parts of the state. Weather conditions are expected to remain cloudy and humid with rain and thunderstorms possible in several districts. The India Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rain at isolated places in districts including Balaghat Barwani Betul Burhanpur Chhindwara Dewas Dhar Harda Khandwa Khargone Narmadapuram Raisen Sehore Seoni and Ujjain. Thunderstorms with lightning and gusty winds may also occur. Western Madhya Pradesh including Indore and nearby areas may receive stronger rainfall. People are advised to remain alert during thunderstorms and follow weather updates.
