CM Reviews Orchha’s Journey to Become a Tourism Hub Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reviewed the architectural model and ongoing construction work at Shri Ramraja Lok in Orchha. He said Orchha is being developed as a major tourism centre. The Chief Minister said the Ram Raja Temple is an important part of India’s history and culture. He praised the old temples and palaces for their beautiful design and advanced building methods. He said these buildings stay cool in summer and warm in winter. Dr. Yadav asked officials to speed up the work and complete the project on time. He also directed them to maintain high quality in all construction work. PROTEST OVER UGC AND RESERVATION IN BHIND Young members of the upper-caste community held a protest in Bhind over UGC rules and reservation issues. The protest continued for nearly two hours on Monday. Demonstrators raised slogans against the government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Later they carried the national flag and marched on foot to the Collectorate. The protesters surrounded the Collectorate and continued raising slogans. After the protest they submitted a memorandum to ADM L.K. Pandey in the name of the President. The protesters demanded a review of UGC rules and the present reservation system. Police and local officials monitored the protest. MP CONGRESS REACTS TO RAHUL GANDHI FIR The Madhya Pradesh Congress has strongly reacted after an FIR was registered against Rahul Gandhi. The case is linked to the alleged “purification” of a ground after Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge’s rally in Haldwani Uttarakhand. Congress leaders in Madhya Pradesh have attacked the BJP and RSS over the issue. MP Congress President Jitu Patwari and former Chief Minister Kamal Nath shared strong reactions on social media. They accused the BJP of being against Dalits. Congress leaders said the FIR against Rahul Gandhi has created anger among party workers in the state. CHILDREN SEEN CLEANING SCHOOL TOILETS A video from a government primary school in Mandla district has raised serious concerns. The video which came out on August 27 showed children cleaning the school campus and toilets instead of studying. The incident took place at Amwar Government Primary School in Mawai block. After the video went viral on social media the Education Department took notice of the matter. Four teachers have been issued show-cause notices. Officials are now looking into the incident. Further action may be taken after the inquiry. The video has raised questions about the safety and proper education of children. FAKE IAS ACCUSED SEEN INSIDE MP ASSEMBLY New videos have surfaced in the case of Tripti Singh Rajput who was arrested for allegedly posing as an IAS officer and cheating people. Tripti is from Chanderi in Ashoknagar district. The videos show her walking inside the Madhya Pradesh Assembly with two female friends and making a vlog. In one video Tripti is seen wearing a red saree. Her friend is heard calling her a “senior.” The three women are also seen talking and laughing together. Police may question the two friends to find out more about their possible role in the case. Rain and thunderstorms likely today in Madhya Pradesh Madhya Pradesh is likely to witness cloudy weather and light to moderate rainfall today. The weather department has warned of thunderstorms lightning and strong winds in many parts of the state. Winds may blow at a speed of 30 to 40 kilometres per hour. Rain is expected at isolated places in several districts. People are advised to stay alert during thunderstorms and avoid open areas and trees. The weather may remain rainy in the coming days with chances of heavy rain in some parts of the state.
