MP TO SEND TIGERS RECEIVE WILD DOGS FROM ANDHRA PRADESH Madhya Pradesh is taking new steps to strengthen wildlife conservation. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has directed the Forest Department to begin the process of sending tigers and gaurs also known as Indian bison to Andhra Pradesh. In return Madhya Pradesh will receive wild dogs and possibly other wildlife species. The state government is also planning to bring Great Indian Bustards locally known as Son Chiraiya from Rajasthan. These rare birds will be released in the forests of Ghatigaon and Gandhi Sagar. Officials say the move will help improve biodiversity and wildlife protection. PM MODI RELEASES 23RD INSTALLMENT OF PM-KISAN SCHEME Prime Minister Narendra Modi has released the 23rd installment of the PM-KISAN scheme from Hooghly district in West Bengal. Under this installment more than 9.44 crore farmers across India will receive financial assistance directly in their bank accounts. A total of ₹18880 crore is being transferred. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav joined the event through video conferencing. He praised Prime Minister Modi’s leadership and welfare programs. The scheme aims to support farmers by providing regular financial assistance and strengthening the agricultural sector across the country. SHOCKING CRIME REPORTED IN UJJAIN VILLAGE A shocking crime has been reported from a village in Ujjain district of Madhya Pradesh. According to police a group of criminals entered a farm area late at night and attacked a family living in a hut. The suspects allegedly assaulted the husband stole wire from a nearby windmill site and later sexually assaulted a woman. The family’s young son was also threatened during the incident. Police have registered a case and launched a search operation to identify and arrest all those involved. The investigation is currently underway. AIMIM STATE PRESIDENT FACES FRAUD ALLEGATIONS A fraud case has been registered in Bhopal against AIMIM state president Mohsin Ali Khan. The complaint was filed by retired Major General Madan Mohan Singh. According to the complaint Singh had assigned house renovation work to Khan in April 2024 and paid a substantial amount for the project. He alleges that despite receiving the money the renovation work remained incomplete. Police have registered a case and started an investigation. Officials are examining documents and financial records related to the matter. Further action will depend on the findings of the investigation. ATS PRESENTS ACCUSED BEFORE BHOPAL COURT The Anti-Terrorism Squad or ATS presented three accused before a court in Bhopal on Saturday. Two accused Naim Abdullah and Shakir Mew were sent to judicial custody and lodged in jail. Another accused Izhar-ul-Haq was remanded to ATS custody until June 22 for further questioning. Officials say investigators are examining possible links contacts and activities connected to the case. Security arrangements were tightened during the court proceedings. The ATS has stated that the investigation is ongoing and more information may emerge as questioning and evidence collection continue. CM YOGI VISITS PITAMBARA PEETH IN DATIA Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited the famous Pitambara Peeth temple in Datia Madhya Pradesh on Saturday. He arrived at the Datia airstrip by a special aircraft and proceeded directly to the temple complex. During the visit he offered prayers to Goddess Baglamukhi and also paid respects at the ancient Vankhandeshwar Mahadev temple. The visit attracted devotees and local leaders from the region. Security arrangements were strengthened throughout the area. The religious visit is being seen as an important spiritual engagement during his Madhya Pradesh tour. HEAVY RAIN AND STRONG WINDS HIT MADHYA PRADESH Heavy rain and strong winds continued across several parts of Madhya Pradesh on Saturday. Ujjain recorded around 2.4 inches of rainfall while Bhopal received about 1.3 inches. Rain was also reported in Indore Gwalior Sheopur Sehore and Pithampur in Dhar district. Shivpuri experienced strong winds along with changing weather conditions. The rainfall has brought significant relief from the heat leading to a noticeable drop in temperatures. Weather officials have predicted more rain and thunderstorms in some districts and advised people to remain cautious during adverse weather conditions.
