The MLA shouted slogans with farmers and accused officials of ignoring their problems. When the Collector refused to meet he came near the gate to talk. At that moment Kushwah abused him and even raised his hand in anger. The dramatic incident created tension in the area. Opposition leaders demanded action against the MLA while his supporters said he was only raising farmers’ issues. The matter may now reach the state assembly.
