Authorities are monitoring the situation closely across the state. Ayurvedic AIIMS Announced in Ujjain Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has announced that an Ayurvedic AIIMS will be opened in Ujjain. He said this will boost Ayurveda treatment and research in Madhya Pradesh. During the event he also laid the foundation stone for the Hariyakhedi water supply project. Door-to-door waste collection vehicles were flagged off. The Chief Minister said the government is working to improve health cleanliness and drinking water facilities. Engineer Escapes JCB Attack at Indore Metro Site In Indore an engineer narrowly escaped after a JCB machine was allegedly used to attack him at a metro rail project site. A video of the incident is going viral. Reports say a dispute broke out during work and the accused tried to run the JCB toward the engineer. He managed to move away in time and avoided serious injuries. Police have registered a case and started an investigation. It is being reported that there were earlier disputes between the contractor and the engineer over work rules. Gold Cash Worth ₹1.5 Crore Stolen in Shivpuri A major theft was reported in Shivpuri where thieves entered a house at night through the roof. They broke the locks and stole valuables worth around ₹1.5 crore. The stolen items include 1 kg gold 2.5 kg silver and ₹20 lakh in cash. The incident took place on the first floor of the house. The family informed the police after discovering the theft. Police teams are checking CCTV footage and questioning people in nearby areas to identify the suspects. Investigation is underway. 301 Couples to Marry at Bageshwar Dham Preparations are almost complete for the mass wedding of 301 couples at Bageshwar Dham in Khajuraho on February 15 Maha Shivratri. Cultural nights will begin from February 12 and continue for three days. Around 10 to 12 lakh devotees are expected to attend. Food arrangements are being made for a large number of guests. Special sweets are being brought from Nagpur and Rajasthan. The event will be held across 100 acres. Eleven grand entrance gates have also been built for the occasion. Cement Trader Shot in Morena Referred to Delhi In Morena district a retired army man allegedly shot a cement trader on Wednesday morning. The bullet passed through the trader’s ribs and got stuck in his stomach. He was first taken to Gwalior and later referred to Delhi in critical condition. The incident happened when the accused knocked on the trader’s door and called him by name. As soon as the door opened he fired. The injured trader has been identified as Krishnakant Shukla. Police are investigating the case. Day Temperatures Cross 30°C in 15 MP Cities Weather conditions are changing in Madhya Pradesh. Day temperatures have crossed 30 degrees Celsius in Bhopal Indore and 15 other cities. However nights are still cold. In 11 cities the minimum temperature has fallen below 10 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department said strong sunlight during the day is raising temperatures while nights remain chilly. Similar weather conditions are expected to continue for the next few days. People are advised to take care due to the difference between day and night temperatures.
