Meanwhile state Congress president Jitu Patwari targeted the government and accused ministers of protecting drug mafias. He said that despite big claims the government is not taking action against powerful people involved in drug networks. Patwari alleged that children are being framed in drug cases while relatives of some ministers including the brother and brother-in-law of Minister Bagri are linked to the illegal cannabis trade. He also questioned why action is not taken against Minister Vishwas Sarang even though the Chief Minister says no “small fish” or “big crocodile” will be spared. Bhopal Metro to Start on 21 December First Week Free Bhopal is ready for its first metro service. The commercial run of the city’s metro will begin on 21 December. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will join the event virtually while Union Urban Development Minister Manohar Lal Khattar will be present in Bhopal to inaugurate it. A young man named Hargyan was standing with friends on Hurawali Road when a group of men in a car stopped and argued over parking. The argument turned violent and the men brutally beat Hargyan with sticks. When his father saw his son’s serious condition he suffered a heart attack and died soon after.
