Clash between police naxals along MP-CG border A fierce encounter erupted on the banks of the Bagh river near Jhulanapath and Kosamdehi forests along the Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh border. Cobra Battalion and Hawk Force personnel exchanged fire with naxal insurgents early morning. The naxals fled after the shootout. Security forces launched an intensive search operation in the area to capture the fleeing militants. No casualties among the forces have been reported so far. Container catches fire on NH-44 near Sagar A container truck caught fire while moving along National Highway 44 near Sagar. Harda shuts down to protest lathicharge on Karni Sena activists In Harda a bandh was observed on Saturday in protest against police baton charge on Karni Sena workers on July 13.
