Shah Calls CM Mohan Yadav More Energetic Than Shivraj Union Home Minister Amit Shah visited Madhya Pradesh on Thursday. He attended programs in Gwalior and Rewa. In Gwalior Shah inaugurated the “Abhyuday Madhya Pradesh Growth Summit” the Gwalior Trade Fair and the Atal Museum along with Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. During his speech Shah praised CM Mohan Yadav’s working style. He said Mohan Yadav is working with more energy than former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Shah said Madhya Pradesh was once called a “BIMARU” state during Digvijay Singh’s rule. He added that Shivraj Singh removed this tag and now Mohan Yadav is taking the state forward at a faster pace. Shah also addressed Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia as “Raja Saheb” which was welcomed with loud applause by the audience. Digvijay Singh Attacks BJP Over Temple Land Former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh has strongly attacked the BJP government over the auction of temple land. He said people who accuse him of being anti-religion are the same ones occupying temple and government land today. Digvijay Singh said that those who claim to protect religion are actually doing the most anti-religious work. He demanded that the decision to auction temple land should be withdrawn immediately. Singh said this decision violates the Constitution Supreme Court orders and Sanatan traditions. He warned that selling temple land hurts religious faith and public trust. His statement has once again heated up the political debate in Madhya Pradesh. Kamal Nath Counters Loan Waiver Claims Former Chief Minister Kamal Nath has hit back at Cooperation Minister Vishwas Sarang. Earlier Sarang blamed the Congress government’s farm loan waiver scheme for the poor condition of cooperative banks in the state. He said the scheme was fake and damaged the banking system. Kamal Nath rejected these claims and shared district-wise loan waiver data on social media platform X. He accused the BJP government of lying to farmers day and night. Kamal Nath said the loan waiver helped farmers and was implemented honestly. He demanded that Minister Vishwas Sarang should apologize to the people of Madhya Pradesh and especially to farmers for spreading false information. Armed Dacoits Loot Jewellery Shops in Rajgarh A major crime shocked Rajgarh district on Wednesday night. Ten to twelve armed dacoits carried out a robbery in the Sarafa Bazaar area. The criminals broke the locks of two jewellery shops using iron rods slingshots and pistols. They looted jewellery worth lakhs of rupees. An elderly shopkeeper who was sleeping inside one shop was badly injured after being attacked with an iron rod. When some local youths tried to chase the dacoits the criminals fired gunshots and threw stones using slingshots. Due to stress and fear the father of one shop owner suffered a heart attack and died. Police are investigating the case. Deepak Joshi Dance Video Goes Viral Former minister Deepak Joshi is in the spotlight after his recent marriage to Congress leader Pallavi Raj Saxena on December 4. Pallavi shared several photos and videos of their wedding ceremonies on social media. One video showing Deepak Joshi dancing with Pallavi and family members has gone viral. However controversy has followed the wedding. Two other women have claimed that Deepak Joshi had also married them earlier. These claims have created political and social buzz. Bhopal Doctor Sets Tele-Surgery World Record Bhopal has earned global recognition due to a major medical achievement. Dr. Priya Bhave Chittawar a gynecologist from Bhopal has created a world record by performing 10 successful tele-surgeries in six months. She is the only gynecologist in the world to achieve this feat. On December 23 she operated on a woman patient admitted to a hospital in Bhopal while sitting at a robotic console in Gurugram. Using advanced technology she removed an ovarian chocolate cyst. This achievement is recorded in the World Book of Records. Secret Video Shot in Women’s Washroom A shameful incident has come to light at the Vindhya Trade Fair in Satna. In the Ramgarh section of the fair someone secretly recorded an objectionable video of a young woman inside a women’s washroom. The video was later uploaded on social media. Karni Sena Announces Protest in Ashta Karni Sena has announced a major protest in Ashta town of Sehore district on December 28. The announcement came after an alleged attack on Karni Sena workers on December 21. The organization held a press conference and warned the administration of strong action if justice is delayed. Karni Sena leaders said they will stage a protest and gherao the SDM office. Teams from across the state and the state president will participate. They also demanded strict punishment for the accused and even asked for bulldozer action on their houses. Police and administration are on alert ahead of the protest. Protest to Save Trees in Bhopal People in Bhopal protested against the cutting of nearly 7871 trees for a 10-lane road project on Ayodhya Bypass. The National Green Tribunal has put a stay on the project till January 8 and the next hearing is awaited. Before the hearing citizens came out on the streets to save the trees. Some protesters hugged trees wore masks and said cutting trees would destroy greenery and increase pollution. A few protesters even paid tribute to already cut trees by lighting incense sticks. The protest highlighted growing concern for environment and the need for development with sustainability. Cold Weather Continues in Madhya Pradesh Cold weather continues across Madhya Pradesh as temperatures remain low in many districts. Early morning and late night hours are very chilly and people are using sweaters jackets and blankets to stay warm. Light fog is also being seen in some areas which is affecting visibility on roads during morning hours. During the day the weather stays mostly clear with mild sunshine giving some relief from the cold. There is no rain expected at present and the weather is likely to remain dry. Weather experts have advised people to avoid cold winds take care of children and elderly persons and drive carefully in foggy conditions.
