CM Transfers ₹1500 to Ladli Behan Accounts for the First Time A big relief and happiness for women of Madhya Pradesh! Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has transferred ₹1500 for the first time under the Ladli Behan Yojana during a program held in Seoni. Earlier women received ₹1250 every month but after cabinet approval the amount has been increased by ₹250. Now each woman will get ₹1500 every month directly in her bank account. Around 1 crore 26 lakh 36 thousand women have benefited with ₹1587 crore transferred at once. The Chief Minister said the government is committed to empowering women and improving their financial condition through this scheme. National Conclave to Bring Change in Tribal Life Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the largest tribal community in India lives in Madhya Pradesh and it plays a vital role in the states identity. Speaking at a National Conclave held in Bhopal’s Kushabhau Thakre Convention Centre on the 150th birth anniversary of Birsa Munda he said that social organizations must work together with the government to bring real change in tribal lives. The CM added that tribal people live a joyful and simple life full of freedom and happiness which is a lesson for all. Controversy in Khandwa Over Congress Leader’s Chair Photo A photo from Khandwa Municipal Corporation has created a big political controversy. In the photo Congress opposition leader Mullu Rathore is seen letting party worker Hannan Khokhar sit on his official chair to wish him on his birthday. The photo was shared widely on social media by Congress leaders. Later Hindu leader Dr. Anish Arjhare accused Rathore of misusing his post and called it a “jihadi conspiracy.” He demanded that the municipal administration take action in this matter. Dispute in Youth Congress Election – Leaders Allege Irregularities The Madhya Pradesh Youth Congress election has now come under question due to several complaints. Yash Ghoghoria son of former minister and Jabalpur MLA Lakhan Ghoghoria received the highest number of votes. However after counting several Youth Congress leaders alleged irregularities in the voting process and complained to national in-charge Manish Sharma. Some leaders claimed that fake votes were added during the counting process. On November 9 Rahul Gandhi had already said that EVMs are being used for vote theft. Gold Worth ₹11 Lakh Stolen from Deputy Collector’s House in Bhopal A shocking theft has been reported from Bhopal’s posh Char Imli area where thieves targeted the house of Deputy Collector Alka Singh Wamankar. The house was locked when the incident happened. Thieves stole around 10 tolas of gold 250 grams of silver anklets expensive watches and ₹40000 in cash making the total loss around ₹11 lakh. Police have started an investigation and detained a few suspects for questioning. The incident has raised concerns about security in high-profile areas of the city. Police believe the thieves might have been keeping watch on the house for days before committing the crime. Cold Wave Alert in 23 Districts Including Bhopal and Indore Cold weather is increasing across Madhya Pradesh this week. From the first week of November chilly winds and falling temperatures have made days cool and nights freezing. On Tuesday and Wednesday night the temperature dropped below 10°C in nine cities with Rajgarh being the coldest at 7°C. The Meteorological Department has issued a cold wave alert for the next four days in 23 districts including Bhopal and Indore. People have been advised to wear warm clothes and take precautions. The winter chill has arrived early this year and foggy mornings have started affecting normal life in many areas.
