BJP MLA’s Warehouse Blacklisted in Bhopal In a major action by the Food Department a warehouse linked to BJP MLA Vishnu Khatri has been blacklisted in Bhopal. The Bhagwati Warehouse located in Berasia will not be allowed to participate in government wheat procurement this year. Officials also took action against the cooperative society responsible for supplying storage bags. During inspection authorities found 6522 quintals of wheat already stored in the warehouse before official procurement began which raised serious questions about rule violations. The move is seen as a strict step to ensure transparency in the procurement process and to prevent misuse of government systems. New Assembly Committees Formed in Madhya Pradesh The Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly has announced the formation of several important committees for the next two years. Assembly Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar will head the Rules Committee. In a significant move all women MLAs have been included in the Women and Child Welfare Committee as both chairpersons and members promoting women leadership. Meanwhile the responsibility of the Etiquette Committee has been given to MLA Brijendra Pratap Singh. Case to Be Filed Against BJP MLA Sanjay Pathak The Madhya Pradesh High Court has ordered that a case be registered against BJP MLA Sanjay Pathak in a serious matter related to alleged interference in the judicial process. The court also issued a notice asking why criminal contempt proceedings should not be initiated against him. The division bench of Justices Sanjeev Sachdeva and Vinay Saraf was hearing a petition filed by Ashutosh Manu Dixit from Katni. The petition claimed that the MLA tried to contact Justice Vishal Mishra which could influence legal proceedings. The court’s strict stance highlights the importance of maintaining the independence of the judiciary. Daily Hearing in Bhojshala Dispute from April 6 The long-pending Bhojshala dispute case in Dhar will now see daily hearings starting April 6. The case will be heard by a division bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court led by Justices Vijay Kumar Shukla and Alok Awasthi. The court has decided to hear all related petitions together for faster resolution. During the latest hearing it was made clear that petitioners will present their arguments first followed by those raising objections. The Bhojshala issue has been sensitive for years and continuous hearings are expected to bring more clarity and possibly speed up the final judgment. BJP Leader Attacked with Axe and Sticks in Rajgarh In a shocking incident from Rajgarh district BJP leader Jitendra Malviya was brutally attacked with an axe and sticks early Thursday morning. The attack reportedly happened due to an encroachment dispute in Sarangpur. The injured leader who is also a village sarpanch suffered serious head injuries and rushed to Pachore police station to file a complaint. He alleged that the attack was carried out on the instructions of state minister Gautam Tetwal. The incident has created political tension in the area and police have started an investigation.
