Travel to Get Costlier in MP from April 1 From April 1 travel in Madhya Pradesh will become more expensive. The National Highways Authority of India has decided to increase toll tax by 5 to 10 percent. This increase happens every year and this time also it will be applied on many highways. People traveling between cities like Bhopal Jabalpur Nagpur Raipur and Prayagraj will have to pay more money at toll plazas. Vehicle drivers especially daily travelers may feel the burden of higher charges. The new toll rates will affect both private and commercial vehicles. Passengers are advised to plan their travel budget accordingly from April 1. High Court Judge Inspects Bhojshala Ahead of Big Hearing A High Court judge visited the historic Bhojshala in Dhar on Saturday. Justice Vijay Kumar Shukla reached the site at around 1:52 PM and inspected the entire परिसर for about 53 minutes. This visit is important because a major court hearing is scheduled on April 2. Tragedy in Indore: 4-Year-Old Dies in Car Fire A tragic incident happened in Indore’s Simrol area where a 4-year-old child died in a car fire. The child was sitting alone inside a parked car when the fire suddenly started possibly due to a short circuit. The father was nearby but could not save the child because the flames spread very quickly. Local people broke the car window and tried to rescue the child but it was too late. The incident has created deep sadness in the area. Police are investigating the exact cause of the fire. 800 Disaster Volunteers for Simhastha 2028 Preparations for Simhastha 2028 have started in Ujjain. Around 800 disaster volunteers called ‘Aapda Mitra’ are being trained near the Shipra River. These volunteers will learn how to handle emergencies like floods drowning and accidents during the big religious event. Youth from 11 districts are taking part in this training program.
